EXT. BOULEVARD – LATE AFTERNOON

To a portrait in progress, of a stunningly beautiful thirty- seven-year-old woman, hair penned up, the keen tip of the brush outlining her eye.

LYRICS

It’s your touch

A pair of young lips come into frame, blowing on the area of the canvas where the brush last touched.

LYRICS

It’s the way you bring love

The camera falls back and pans left to reveal a boy between fifteen and sixteen years of age painting the portrait.

His look, intense, as his eyes dart back and forth from the subject to the portrait.

Merely stationed on the sidewalk, he’s a street artist.

LYRICS

And I can’t explain

why I’m falling for this feeling

An Extreme Close-Up of the beauty’s smile.

LYRICS

It’s your smile

Pull back to expose those seductive eyes.

LYRICS

It’s the look in your eyes

His brush stops and he just gazes upon her, as if savoring this moment of capturing such vision.

LYRICS

And I can’t explain

what you’ve done to me

LATER:

The teenage lad ties the last bit of string around the wrapped portrait and hands the work of art off to the lady’s driver.

LYRICS

Yeah you know

how to steal my show

From her silk-gloved hand she gives the young artist and envelope, the look they exchange just as rewarding as whatever may be inside.

LYRICS

It’s about time

It’s about time

The driver holds the back door of his madam’s ride as she gets in, then closes it.

LYRICS

Yeah you know

The exquisite vehicle pulls away.

LYRICS

How to make things flow

The young artist opens the envelope. Inside, an amount well above his payment, along with a note.

INSERT – THE NOTE

Join me for dinner this evening?

-Lady M

BACK TO SCENE

He looks up towards the direction of exit.

MATCH CUT:

EXT. MANSION – FRONT DOOR – EVENING

He’s looking up at the front door.

LYRICS

It’s about time

A butler opens. Invites him in.

INT. MANSION – CONTINUOUS

Inside the spacious large mansion the curious young one looks around in awe.

He notices his masterpiece already hanging on a wall.

LYRICS

And I guess that you’re wondering

what I’m doing for you

The butler returns with a large flat box in hand. He removes the top and displays to the young artist a brand new tuxedo.

The butler motions to the staircase.

LYRICS

And I guess I’m wondering

quite the same thing

In an upstairs bedroom the butler helps the adolescent with the finishing touches of the tux. It’s a perfect fit.

LYRICS

Is it because I’m here

that you’re looking for someone else

The teen looks at himself in the mirror.

Taking in these whole series of events. Where is it all leading to?

LYRICS

If you are on your own

what would you do?

INT. DINING ROOM – LATER

The young artist is led into the room by the butler.

The area is as extravagant as the rest of the house. A half-dozen maids, late teens/early 20’s, stand to the side ready to serve. Our lady of the house, elegant as ever, is seated at one end of the table.

LYRICS

It’s your touch

Offered a seat at the opposite end of the table the artist sits down for dinner.

LYRICS

It’s the way

you bring love

He looks over at her.

She does a slight tilt of the head as she raises her glass of wine to him. Suddenly food is served from all directions.

LYRICS

And I can’t explain

why I’m falling for this feeling

INT. DINING ROOM – LATER

Towards the end of the meal, Lady M laughing and enjoying herself.

LYRICS

It’s your smile

The young artist, a little loosened up now, tells her a story from across the room.

LYRICS

It’s the look

in your eyes

INT. DINING ROOM – LATER

She tells him a story. Smiling, he again is struck by her beauty.

LYRICS

And I can’t explain

what you’ve done to me

The Art

of

Lust

INT. BEDROOM – NIGHT

Alone in a bedroom the two stand beside a bed.

Our mysterious Lady M has turned into a sensuous teacher, withdrawing the bow tie from the innocent and unbuttoning his shirt.

And I guess that you’re wondering

what I’m doing for you

INT. BEDROOM – MOMENTS LATER

Her dress falls to the floor.

He’s speechless, his eyes absorbing the invitation that is her body.

LYRICS

And I guess I’m wondering

quite the same thing

INT. BEDROOM – LATER

An Extreme Close-Up of the young artist’s face as he’s introduced to the world of physical ecstasy, mouth open, deep inward breath.

LYRICS

Is it because I’m here

that you’re looking for someone else

Another Extreme Close-Up of his face, eyes closed, head turning to the side as he experiences bliss.

LYRICS

If you are on your own

what would you do

Oh…
