FADE IN:

EXT. OPEN SKY – DAY

Off in the distance a piece of land (about the size of an average backyard) floats towards camera, The Killers atop it…

Quick Insert Shot – DRUMS

BACK TO SCENE

Starting from close-up on Dave’s GUITAR we slowly fall 45° to a low angle of him PLAYING… (Sky whizzing past him in background)

As we reach the lowest point Brandon is brought into frame (finding him squatted down and wearing shades – foreground) and we rise up with him as he stands up…

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

Lift me up on my honor

Take me over this spell

Get this weight off my shoulders

I’ve carried it well

He attaches his mic to mic stand.

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

Lose these shackles of pressure

Shake me out of these chains

Lead me not to temptation

Hold my hand harder

Ease my mind

Shots of Dave, Mark, and Ronnie PLAYING their instruments…

LYRICS

Roll down the smoke screen

and open the sky

From medium close-up on Brandon we fall back to a wide, (his arms outstretched to his sides at beginning of shot) clouds occasionally breezing past them as the piece of land they stand on flies through the open sky.

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

Let me fly

Man I need a release from

this troublesome mind

Fix my feet when they’re stumbling

and well you know it hurts sometimes

Medium close-up, Brandon…

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

You know it’s gonna bleed sometimes

He steps out and off the edge of the land, smaller size pieces floating up at just the right moment with every step he takes…

Staying on a good-sized chunk Brandon ascends with it up through clouds… (As he turns around to camera with his mic)

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

Dig me out from this thorn tree

Help me bury my shame

Keep my eyes from the fire

They can’t handle the flame

Dave, Mark, and Ronnie float by, each on their own small pieces of land.

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

Grace cut out from my brothers

when most of them fell

I carry it well

Brandon is carried out into the distance…

Sometimes rotating…

And comes upon other land masses as they float by, a variety of sizes which carry a variety of people…

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

Let me fly

Man I need a release from

this troublesome mind

Fix my feet when they’re stumbling

I guess you know it hurts sometimes

You know it’s gonna bleed sometimes

He steps out onto a much larger piece of land as a floats by and starts to take a walk on it… (Inhabited sections of earth still going by)

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

Now hold on

I’m not looking for sweet talk

I’m looking for time

Time for tower and sleepwalk

brother

Because it hurts sometimes

You know it’s gonna bleed sometimes

Hold on

DURING INSTRUMENTAL SECTION…

From high above an extreme wide, the variety of land masses start to come together like a puzzle…

We cover the event from closer shots (medium, close-up, etc.) the earth sometimes quaking as it becomes one..

Medium shot, Brandon shakes with the ground beneath him…

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

You know it’s gonna hurt sometimes

And we start to ascend up on him, (as he leans back and SINGS towards the higher sky above) the higher we go the more we see of the new single great mass of land he’s in the center of…

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

When you call me

Hold on

Hold on

Hold on

Now so high we start to fall back down, people from all walks of life joyously running out onto the wide-open land and towards Brandon…

LYRICS

(Brandon singing)

I’m gonna climb that symphony home and make it mine

Let his residence light my way

See

All these pessimistic sufferers

Tend to drag me down

So I could use it to shelter what good I’ve found
